RapidSewa connects customers with verified Sewa Mitras for home services. We act as a technology platform and are not directly responsible for the execution of services, though we ensure quality standards.
Bookings can be cancelled anytime before the Sewa Mitra arrives. Late cancellations after arrival may incur a nominal charge. Rescheduling is free and can be done via the app.
All prices are displayed transparently before booking. Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or card. RapidSewa reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.
All Sewa Mitras are bound by our Code of Conduct, including no recording inside homes, professional behavior, and quality service standards.
RapidSewa is not liable for any indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific booking.
We may update these terms. Continued use of RapidSewa after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
